General terms and conditions
§ 1 Generalities
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products which are offered
by Gerhard Reinhardt-Revive Remedy to the interested user/participant. In the following document the term user/participant describes any individual who enters into a legal activity for purposes not related to his employment or his independent professional activity.
2. Local rates apply to all services provided by Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy.
Travel expenses such as airfare, transport from and to the airport have to be organized by the
participant and are not included in the offer. Transport to and from the airport has to be
organized for a separate fee. For these services, please contact retreats@reviveremedy.com.
§ 2 Registration, Booking and Payment
1. The registration is legally binding through the completion and the forwarding of the application
form found on the Homepage reviveremedy.com
2. At the time of registration, 34 % of the fees have to be transferred as a non refundable payment to the account number mentioned under point 6. Upon receipt of the registration and of the
down payment, the user/participant will be issued a confirmation of the registration as well as an invoice per Email, to the Email address he has provided.
3. The remaining fees have to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the seminar to
the account mentioned under point 6.
4. The registrations are dealt with on a first come, first served basis until the maximum number of
participants have been reached.
5. Payment in instalments must first be agreed upon in writing and fall under a separate agreement.

§ 3 Cancellation, Modifications or Change in the Dates of the Seminar
1.In case the dates of a seminar have to be changed or if a seminar has to be cancelled the participant will be notified in due course. This can be done either through a telephone call,
through the post, or through email. In such a case, your registration is to be
considered as null and void. Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy reserves the right to cancel a
seminar if the number of participants is insufficient. The fees already paid by the user/
participants will be reimbursed without delay by Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy.
2. In the event of such a cancellation the participant cannot resort to any further claims.
3. In the event of cancellation by the participant the following regulations apply:
Seminars and workshops
- the payment is non refundable and remains the property of the organizer,
- by cancellations later than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the seminar/workshop or in case the participant does not attend, the integral fee remains the property of the organizer.
Individual sessions
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are invoiced with 100 % of the treatment cost.
§ 4 Right of Repeal for the User/Participant
Legal Repeal Procedure
Within one month of entering the agreement you can cancel in writing (for instance through a
letter or an email) without providing any grounds for the cancellation. The deadline
begins upon receipt of the written cancellation. However, it does not come into effect before the
agreement has ended and not before we have completed our information commitment. In order to comply
with the deadline for the repeal, it suffices to send the legal repeal within the correct period.

Consequences of repeal: in case of an effective repeal the services received by both parties and any
financial gains (for instance accrued interest) have to be reimbursed. If you are only able to return
part of the received products or if you return them in damaged condition, we are entitled to compensation. This can create the situation that you still have to fulfil your contractual payment duties for the period leading to the repeal.
Payment must take place within 30 days. The deadline begins upon receipt of the repeal.
Miscellaneous: your right to repeal stops earlier if the contract, upon your express wish, has been fulfilled by both parties before you made use of your right to repeal.

§ 5 Responsibility
1. Irrespective of how the rights have been violated, claims for damages including those
resulting from unauthorized usage, do not apply unless there has been
premeditation or grave negligence on the part of Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy.
2. The exclusion or limitation of responsibility as quoted in paragraph 1 does not apply in case of
unethical conduct of Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy. The same goes for claims
arising from harm to life, bodily harm or harm to the health or from violating the law, especially
the product liability law.
3. In as far as a limitation of responsibility or an exclusion of responsibility exists in favour of
Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy, this also applies to the employees and the user/participants.
§ 6 Data protection
1. Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy warrants to comply with the data protection laws.
2. Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy will use the client's data exclusively to process the order
placed by the client or in order to research, store and utilize information for future seminars. The
user/participant can cancel this procedure any time through email. Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive
Remedy's data protection practice follows the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) as well as the German Teleservices Act (Telemediengesetz) (TGM)
3. Should the user/participant wish it, Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive pledges to amend,
to block or to destroy the stored data.
§ 7 Information, Miscellaneous
1. No diagnosis is made, nor is any healing promised within the framework of seminars or
individual sessions. The attendance does not replace a medical or therapeutic treatment.
§ 8 Copyright
2. Unless specifically stated, all materials, objects or documents (digital, printed, audio or video) are
subject to the copyright law. Any additional use, reproduction or distribution, even of part of
the product, is not permitted without written authorization of the owner.
§ 9 Availability
1. The online presence of Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy may be temporarily unavailable
during times when maintenance work is carried out, or due to force majeure or due to events that Gerhard Reinhardt/Revive Remedy does not have to justify,
§ 10 Conclusion
1. The general terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Republic of Malta.
2. The only jurisdiction, if the customer is a registered trader or legal entity under public law or
public special assets, is Valletta/Malta.
